Promoter Identification:
The competition is promoted by Worktravels
Prize Description:
The giveaway on WorkTravels offers a 2-week workation for two in Dahab, Egypt, including return flights, accommodation, and coworking space
Agreement to Rules:
By participating, entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements.
Entry Period:
Entries must be submitted by 23:30 on 22nd of January 2023. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Winner Selection:
One winner will be chosen randomly by The Promoter on 24th of January 2023 and notified thereafter.
No Purchase Necessary:
Entry into the competition does not require a purchase or payment.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be at least 18 years old as of their entry date. Employees of The Promoter are excluded from participation.
Prize Awarding:
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected through the software of VIral Loops. The Promoter is not liable if the prize is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled based upon the specific date request of the winner.
Determining travel dates
The winner can choose the dates in consultation with WorkTravels, with a minimum 6-week lead time.
Liability for Entries:
The Promoter is not responsible for non-received entries, nor for entries that are lost, delayed, unreadable, damaged, incomplete, or invalid.
Limitation of Liability:
The Promoter's liability is limited to the cost price of the Prize and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize if necessary.
Winner's Information: The winner may be required to provide personal details (name, address, email, phone number) for Prize fulfillment. This information will be shared as necessary.
Right to Modify or Cancel: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition or these rules due to unforeseen circumstances, with or without notice.
Promoter's Decision Final: All decisions made by The Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Announcement of Winner: The winner’s name and social media username may be announced on The Promoter's social media profiles.
Content Sharing: The winner will be encouraged to share pictures and content of their workation experience.
